Being one of the world's top 10 travel technology companies, Amadeus had an extremely complex digital ecosystem, with more than 100 different websites and apps across countries and business units. This meant plenty of design inconsistencies and a pressing need to find a common digital language that could deliver brand consistency across all their digital channels.

After conducting a throughout research phase across 20+ countries and 100+ people, Hanzo delivered a digital strategy for Amadeus that aligned current and future digital touchpoints, creating brand coherence across the Amadeus’ universe.

Over the following couple of years, Hanzo also worked with Amadeus’ brand department to update their digital visual identity as well as their overall look & feel, preserving the foundations of their main corporate identity and translating them into a brand new design system.
